Week In Review: Big Brother Spoilers Edition

Find out what has happened so far during BB14 Week 3

Week In Review: Big Brother Spoilers Edition

As you know, the power in the Big Brother 14 house has shifted once again. Shane went from being on the block to head of household in a matter of days. So new alliances have formed and more game plans have emerged, but this season continues to shape up as one of the closer casts. No one seems to really hate anyone that much (since Willie left the house) and that’s evidenced by the first category here:

Life Inside The House: Week 3 has proven to be a pretty mild week. Everything has fallen into places as we’d expect it. And the HGs have been having a lot of fun despite the fact that Big Brother is a tense game. Shane got a makeover. Janelle played nice. And Chef Joe worked his magic chef hands.

Week 3 Results

Head of Household: Shane HOH coach: Britney

Shane continues to be a power in the house and if he ever lets his guard down, he’ll be target #1. Britney continues to ride his coattails (hey, she said it herself, not me. I just thought it).

Coaches’ Comp Winner: Janelle

Janelle continues her competition winning streak that carries over all the way from season 7. This week she chose to use her win to save Wil from nomination. Which is a good move  because he was surely to be put on the block.

Week 3 Nominations: Joe and Ashley

As you’ll see in Sunday night’s episode, Shane nominated the members Janelle’s team who weren’t safe. He and Britney decided it was best to not nominate Frank. And of course Shane has that whole side deal with Frank still. I think. With this game you never know. There’s been a little talk of some backdoor action, but that’s not looking too good right now.

Power of Veto Players: Shane, Joe, Ashley, Wil, Frank and Danielle

Power of Veto Winner: Shane

There’s no surprise there. Shane has 3-0 for veto wins and with that HOH under his belt, he might just be the best physical player the past few seasons. Don’t expect Shane to use the veto during the veto ceremony expected to go down sometime Monday. He could possible pull Ashley off and backdoor Frank. But that’s only if Janelle gets in the heads of Shane and Britney.

Live Feed Highlight of the Week: The drunken game of spin the bottle and the streaking, of course.

BB14 Ashley and Boogie kiss

At around 10:13 PM BBT Saturday night, things got a little crazy in the Big Brother house. Ian had just streaked the house again and a kissing game was about to get started. It all ends with Wil streaking as well and landing in the pool for a brief skinny dip. Start the Flashback at 10:13 PM BBT and just let it play through. It’s worth it. Oh, and it’s obviously NSFW.

Ian is such an attention seeking whore. It was gross, but I loved when he said “are you enjoying this” talking to the camera, and the camera shook its head no!

Is that Ashley and Ian kissing in the photo? No wonder he ripped all his clothes off. Did Wil get to kiss Shane?

I don’t know a lot about Ashley, so I could be completely wrong about this, but something tells me that she might be a sleeper when it comes to her social-game and/or the competitions. Right now, it appears that Frank and Joe are Shane’s biggest social-game competition, so he’ll have to choose which powerhouse he’s going to piss off. I’m rooting for Frank, but I think Shane’s best move would be to backdoor him. His social-game appears to be way ahead of Joe’s, but then again, there might be a chance that Joe could manipulate with fear. Is this why he wanted Willie out so bad, so he could be the fear monger? I don’t know, this is a tough one.

So, did that clear everything up for you? …Good, now go call your bookies.

I just thought of something — I know, I know, I’m as sharp as a bowling ball today — if the coaches enter the game, then Frank could see himself as being a threat to Boogie, so Shane and Frank will have to rely upon each other. This means Joe is a goner (or will it be Ashley…).

Dagnabit, Shane went and backdoored Frank. This is all because Britney is the worst coach ever. She doesn’t even know how to–oh my god, just listen to myself. What compelled me to blurt that out? Am I becoming a whining loser too? This is all because my parents were the worst parents ever. They don’t even know how to–OMG, when will this end?

Let see if Janelle has the huevos to follow thru this time. Or will Boogie talk her into thinking she’s out to get herself (the lights are on, but…).

I would love to see Joe go. He doesn’t add much to the house and overall he is pretty annoying. But I totally agree Shane’s best move would be to backdoor Frank. But he won’t, which is stupid. You can’t trust someone who nominated you and wanted you out. And you for sure can’t trust Boogie.

And that is Boogie and Ashley making out. Ian and Ashley kissed too but it was a lot more awkward.

Ahh, the hat should have gave it away. I saw Dan busting up in the background so I thought it was Ian. They both look like they were going for it. Gotta love that alcohol.

Way to go, BB. If youse guys had broke out the alcohol before JoJo had left, we might have seen the have-not room turn into the smoosh room.

I have not been watching Big Brother for very long, but this has been one of the most entertaining summers I’ve had. A coworker at Dish introduced me to Big Brother before this season started, and I couldn’t be happier. This week, in particular, has been incredibly exciting, especially with such a huge shift in power on Shane’s part. I wasn’t able to watch last night’s episode live, but my Hopper recorded it for me so I could watch it this morning on PrimeTime Anytime and turn on the Auto Hop feature to skip all of the commercials. I am really hoping to see Joe go home, but I wouldn’t be too terribly upset if Ashley ended up leaving.
