Jillian Michaels Returning To Biggest Loser
Show's 14th season will also feature overweight teens
Biggest Loser fans, brace yourselves, because the news you’ve been waiting for has arrived. Jillian Michaels is returning to the show for its 14th season.
Jillian, who left the show in 2011 to focus on motherhood, will join trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince when the Biggest Loser 14 premieres in January.
Another addition to the show will be teens aged 13-17 in an effort to address the childhood obesity epidemic. According to sources, the teens will not be part of the main game and will not be subjects for elimination.
“You know, the show has chosen to take on something very controversial. They’re going to go after childhood obesity,” Jillian said on the Today Show. “There are going to be three teenagers on each team. They’re not going to be on the ranch, and they’re not going to be competing. It’s obviously something that needs to be handled with kid gloves, but it’s something that needs to be handled.”
Are you happy Jillian’s returning to The Biggest Loser? Are you curious to see if motherhood has softened the tough trainer?
