Survivor’s Semhar Tadesse has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, according to TMZ.
The contestant, who was the first one eliminated this season, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Los Angles in late October. According to TMZ, police stopped Tadesse after she allegedly drove through a red light. When officers issued a field sobriety test, her blood alcohol content allegedly registered at .14. That’s almost twice California’s legal limit.
She is scheduled to be arraigned on December 16.
