Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations (Travel, 9 p.m.): Bourdain has more TV in his future, but this is the last episode of one of the great food shows and travel shows ever. His last stop: Brooklyn.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (Bravo, 9 p.m.): Season Three opens with Camille Grammer now a semi-regular, Yolanda Foster a new regular, and the two women who have typically been the most levelheaded members of this cast, Lisa and Adrienne, locked in a feud. I’m looking forward to this season already!
Start-Ups: Silicon Valley (Bravo, 10 p.m.): This seems to be Bravo’s new time slot for shows about young strivers, though hopefully it won’t be as hateful as Gallery Girls. A series about tech start-ups where half are women and everyone is attractive? That hardly sounds true to life.
Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition (Lifetime, 9 p.m.): Mama drama! One of the mothers uses her power to choose assignments to stick it to her daughter’s rivals. Hey, that’s just Reality TV 101.
The X Factor (Fox, 8 p.m.): The top 12 are featured live. The good news about Mario Lopez and Khloe Kardashian Odom being on board is that I’m no longer dreading Britney all that much.
Top Chef: Seattle (Bravo, 10 p.m.): Look out for those coffee-based challenges! 21 cheftestants kick off a new season in the great Northwest, and let’s hope it’s an improvement over last season’s disappointment.
The Voice (NBC, 8 p.m.): Two players from each team are sent packing at the conclusion of a wild week of playoffs.
Jersey Shore (MTV, 10 p.m.): Mike is learning more about Paula, and isn’t sure what to think. Also, Sammi tries to get Deena to settle down. Who would have picked Deena as pretty much the last hellion in the house?
America’s Next Top Model (CW, 8 p.m.): The models are challenged to produce their own trial commercial, with the only provision being that they have to be riding a horse on a beach. That’s going to be way too complicated for some of them.
Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team (CMT, 9 p.m.): The newbies prepare for their first regular season game. There are a lot of seasons where good football is the draw and the girls are the bonus, but unfortunately for Cowboys fans, this isn’t one of them.
Redneck Island (CMT, 9 p.m.): A second season of bizarro world Survivor begins with the 14 contestants serving as the bags in a game of human Cornhole.
Big Texas Heat (CMT, 10 p.m.): Following the antics of the police force in the tiny town of Trinity, Tex. I’ve been in a lot of Texas burgs just like Trinity, so I wouldn’t be expecting the second coming of Lennie Briscoe here.
The Amazing Race (CBS, 8 p.m.): The racers head to Moscow. Just once while TAR is in Russia, I’d like to see a Roadblock involving old Soviet-era nuclear launch codes.
Real Housewives of Miami (Bravo, 10 p.m.): Joanna plays in a charity volleyball tournament. She won’t have to hit the ball any; just jump up and down a lot. Also, Alexia calls for a summit meeting to air grievances, and we know how well that always goes on Housewives shows.
